This New Year’s Eve, we’ll be featuring a 5-course menu of dishes inspired by the great cuisines of the Mediterranean. The theme will be Best of 2025, and we’ll feature the dishes that were our biggest hits from the past year, whether from our regular menu, specials, or the Tour de Forks.
