The inspiration for our cuisine is the Mediterranean, and that covers a lot of ground.

So we're exploring it one country at a time. On the first Monday of every month, we make a new port-of-call, where you can enjoy a 4-course meal of authentic, traditional dishes for a staggeringly reasonable $40.
